I tried to download Returner Pro and my computer said it was malicious and would not download. Amy ideas what this was about and if there is a safe version?
Our apps are fully code-signed, so they’re safe to install. What likely happened here is your system or browser being extra cautious — sometimes security tools will still block downloads if the file is new, hasn’t been downloaded widely yet, or if reputation hasn’t fully built up.
A couple things you can check:
* Make sure you’re downloading from the official site only ( RetunerPro.com )
* Confirm the publisher name SYQEL INC shows correctly when you inspect the file
* If your browser blocked it, you can usually choose “Keep” or “Download anyway” after verifying the source

Hello. Thanks for your reply. Just downloaded from the site and tried to install. Said the software needs to be updated and to contact the developer. I am on a Mac OS Catalina 10.15 and using Brave as my browser

We uploaded new versions that now also support older OS and Intel Mac's.
Please download the updated installers from the website: https://retunerpro.com/install.html and try again.
